Training method
Our training materials are prepared trough related Mongolian and international regulations and procedures and to let you design a program that addresses a specialized needs to your workplace.
In order 127 on December 02, 2008 of minister of social welfare and labour is written about procedure for conducting labor safety and hygiene training and testing:
1.1. The purpose of the labor safety and hygiene training is to educate laboring citizens, workers and employers with knowledge of regulations or procedures regarding labor safety and hygiene and promote culture and behavior of zero incident, safe and healthy working.
1.2. The labor safety and hygiene training will have the following types:
1.2.1. Training for employer and assigned employee in charge of labor safety and hygiene;
1.2.2. Training for new employee;
1.2.3. Training for all employees /not less that twice a year/;
1.2.4. Training for employee who transferred to another workplace;
1.2.5. Training for employee who works in the workplace with influence of industrial toxic or unsafe factors and similar hazardous condition
1.3. According to the law of Occupational Education and Training, for conducting training for a new employee, an employee who changed his/her workplace or all employees, the employer must have an agreement with organization which has an authority to conduct labor safety and hygiene training.
And about testing proceure:
2.1. The testing commission for 1.2.3, 1.2.4, 1.2.5 parts of this procedure will be included both representatives from employer and employee and approved by the employer.
2.2. The employer will organize testing for 1.2.5 part of this procedure including with professional organization and will issue certificate.
2.3. The citizen who runs business privately or unofficially and shareholding individuals will organize the testing process including with organization which have an authority to conduct labor safety and hygiene.
2.4. Testing of 1.9 of this procedure will be tested by the Mongolian Employer’ Federation and social partnership according to this procedure and issued certificate.
2.5. Re-attend the training and shall be tested again in case of not passing the test.
